By bidding on EncanRapide.ca / QuickAuction.ca, you agree that:

• You must have a valid account and any winning bets must be paid out and collected.
• Payment is made in person only (no online payment): hammer price + 10% auction fees + taxes ( +2% if paying by credit card).
• You have 7 days to collect your lots from our warehouse; after this period, the lot may be put back on sale and fees may apply (including a 15% restocking fee in case of non-payment).
• Items are sold as is ; it is your responsibility to inspect them on site before paying.
• Respectful behavior is required; in case of abuse, fraud or non-payment, your account may be suspended.
• EncanRapide.ca reserves the right to modify, postpone or withdraw a lot in case of error or breakage.
