Each auction typically includes over 500 lots — from tools and home goods to electronics, equipment, and even rare collector’s items.
Our mission is to make your experience fast, clear, and enjoyable from start to finish. Here’s how it works:
๐น 1. Create Your Account
- Click “Register / S’inscrire” to create your profile in seconds.
- Enter your full name, email, and a valid mobile number.
- Your account will be verified via an SMS code or an email verification code.
- The name on your account must match your photo ID, which will be required when picking up your items.
- No online payment is required to register.

๐น 2. Auction Duration and Schedule
Our auctions follow a simple weekly cycle:
- Each auction opens Monday at 8 AM and closes Saturday at 6 PM.
- You can place bids anytime during this period on 500+ lots, including rare and collectible items.
- When the auction ends, winners receive a confirmation email with their winning items, total amount due, and pickup instructions.
- A new auction begins every Monday, featuring new categories and products each week!

๐น 3. Browse Active Auctions
- Visit the “Active Auctions” page to see available lots.
- Each listing includes photos, descriptions, and product condition details (new, open box, return, or collectible).
- Some events feature special sections for collectors, offering unique and rare finds.
- New auctions are added weekly — check back often!
๐น 4. Place Your Bids
- Enter your bid amount directly on the item page.
- The current bid updates in real time as others participate.
๐ Every bid you place is a binding commitment if you win the lot.
๐น 5. Track Your Bids
- Go to “My Bids” to monitor your activity.
- You’ll receive email notifications when you’re outbid or when you win.
- At the end of the auction, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your winnings and next steps.
๐น 6. Payment & Pickup
- All payments are made in person at our warehouse:

- Total = winning bid + taxes + 10% auction fee.
- Payment methods: cash, debit, credit (conditions apply) or Interac e-transfer (must be confirmed before departure).
- You have 7 days after the auction ends to pick up your items.
- A valid ID matching your account name is required at pickup.
How your payment is calculated:
It’s very simple: we take your winning bid, add a 10% platform management fee, and then apply Quebec sales taxes.
If you pay by credit card, an additional 2% fee will be applied.

๐ No pickup extensions can be granted — this keeps the process efficient and fair for everyone.
๐น 7. On-Site Inspection
- You may inspect your items upon pickup.
- If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we can cancel your lot at no charge, as long as you are on-site.
